The church of Christ in Abingdon has been profoundly blessed when it comes to having a building. The first congregation of the Lord's church in Abingdon could not afford a proper building and met in an old abandoned service station in the 1950s. As years progressed, the church was able to have a building on Colonial Rd. in Abingdon and later moved to the facility on Dennison Drive. The building is visible from Interstate 81, exit 14. Its distinctive round shape draws plenty of attention, but the real focus is on God and fellow man. God blesses the congregation daily and helps us to bring in more visitors, members, and new Christians.

For the necessity of classroom space expansion, an additional facility was constructed in 2007 and has served very well so far. Our building is located at 19508 Dennison Dr. in Abingdon and our doors are always open to visitors, friends, and family.
